At EXCON 2025, organized between December 9 to 13, 2025, at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre, Action Construction Equipment Ltd. (ACE) unveiled a new product lineup of construction equipment that would cater to changing demands on construction sites with respect to efficiency, safety, and site operations. The company, famous for its presence in the Indian mobile cranes market, focused largely on engineering and functionality.

ACE exhibited a total of eight products which collectively symbolize the better stability of the machine, the convenience of the operators, as well as the management of safety. Among the new models of the machine include the NX 230 pick & carry crane as well as the FC 150 pick & carry crane. The NX 230 comes with a one-chassis design which reduces oscillations during lifting. The FC 150 comes with a clutchless transmission.

Furthermore, the AP25T articulated truck-mounted aerial work platform with a 300 kg capacity was introduced to provide flexible up-and-over access to high-level work. Also, ACE introduced the FT 6040 flat-top tower crane, with a jib length of 60 meters, and its very first passenger and material hoist system, driven by a strong 32 kW motor. These pieces are intended to support work in congested urban sites and high-rise construction environments.

The suite of products also introduces the ADD 95 tandem roller, which features state-of-the-art controls for advanced vibration and oscillation to ensure precise compaction of asphalt. Its scissor lift series-ASL 08/12/14-offers AC brushless drive technology for easier movement with less maintenance. ACE's AT30 telehandler was also on display, featuring a competitive mix of lifting capacity and reach height, suiting varied construction jobs and material handling operations.

One of the best exhibits at the show was the F250 Ultra pick & carry crane, which comes with in-house developed safety features such as the Safe Crane Operation System (SCOS), Advanced Load Sensing System (ALSS), and Remote Articulation Stability (RAS). Such comprehensive systems are designed to fully automate the management of loads and ensure stability regardless of the working conditions.

Participation in the event of EXCON 2025 marked the organization’s commitment to solutions developed in the country and based on engineering response to market demands. The new range of machines supports the organization’s move to meet the growing infrastructure development in India with machines that take a balanced approach between increased productivity and ease of operation.
