New soil compactor for road building

SANY India launched the SSR110C-10 PRO Vibratory Soil Compactor at its Pune facility. The construction equipment weighs 11,200 kg and supports infrastructure projects across the country. The launch adds strength to the SANY construction portfolio and highlights the brand’s role in commercial equipment.

Engine and compaction features

The SSR110C-10 PRO runs on a 132 HP 4-cylinder water-cooled engine. The engine is fuel efficient and keeps operating costs low. The compactor delivers a static linear load of 295 N/cm. Dual frequency vibration technology helps the machine adjust to different soil types.

The construction machine offers amplitudes of 1.8 mm and 0.9 mm. Centrifugal forces reach 264 kN and 165 kN. The drum width measures 2,134 mm. It moves at a top speed of 25 km/h and climbs slopes of up to 36 percent. A 240-liter fuel tank supports long operation without pause.

Operator comfort and technology

The SSR110C-10 PRO provides an optional compaction meter for soil density feedback. The MachineLink+ telematics system tracks performance and location. Operators use a centralized touchscreen station. The controls are ergonomic and easy to reach. This design helps operators deliver higher precision with less strain.

A vision for infrastructure

Pradeep Shrivastava, Head - Road Business, SANY India, said, "As we move forward towards 'VIKSIT BHARAT', it is important to carry the same outlook into designing the machines that help in our nation building. At SANY India, we see infrastructure as the backbone of progress. The SSR110C-10 PRO stands as a testament to our engineering expertise, human-centric design approach, customer orientation, and our ongoing pledge to support India's growth story. This machine is designed to empower its owners and operators to deliver projects with greater precision, efficiency, and sustainability."

Conclusion

SANY India has operated in India since 2012. Its Chakan plant near Pune was built with an investment of more than INR 1,000 crores. The plant makes construction machinery for many sectors, including earth moving, lifting, mining, ports, roads, concrete, and renewable energy.

The company has a network of 42 dealers and more than 300 touch points across India. Over 35,000 SANY construction machines and commercial vehicles have already been delivered in India and South Asia. With the SSR110C-10 PRO, SANY India reinforces its position in the construction equipment industry.
